We are in search of a Warehouse Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in our Operations team.
What will be your responsibilities:
- Gather the needs of the Supply Chain team and the Deployment team to support their operations and ensure smooth overall running.
- Warehouse operational management:
- Supervision of logistics operations: Reception, storage, dispatch of goods, preparation of orders and packaging.
- Stock monitoring and updating: Regular stocktaking and updating of documentation.
- Warehouse organization: Optimization of space layout to maximize capacity and efficiency.
- Relationship management with partners and carriers.
- Preparation of performance reports for management on warehouse operations.
- Warehouse administration:
- Coordination and follow-up with external parties (landlord, insurance, energy suppliers, real estate and other service providers).
- Responsible for purchasing and reorganizing the warehouse if necessary.
- Ensure that the warehouse complies with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Team Management:
- Supervise warehouse employees, manage schedules and allocate tasks according to the needs of the supply chain and deployment teams.
What are the requirements to join us in this position:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
- Proven experience in inventory or supply chain management (at least 2 years).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software is a plus.
- CACES is a plus.
- Fluent in French & English.

- Problem-solving skills: ability to tackle and resolve operational problems quickly and effectively, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Leadership and people management: Ability to effectively lead, motivate and manage a team, fostering a positive working environment.
- Data analysis and reporting: Strong analytical skills to assess stock levels, logistics performance and operational efficiency, with the ability to produce detailed reports.
- Health and safety awareness: knowledge of safety standards and practices to ensure a safe working environment for the warehouse team.
