VP of Product

We are now seeking an exceptional VP of Product to join our team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will shape the product vision and strategy across our software and hardware lines, lead and develop the product management teams, and collaborate closely with the broader leadership group to drive Bloq.it’s ongoing success.

What will be your responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for both hardware and software, aligning with Bloq.it’s business objectives and market opportunities;
• Build, inspire, and guide a team of product managers across diverse product lines. Set clear objectives, provide feedback, and foster professional growth;
• Collaborate with the Revenue (Sales and Marketing) teams to gather and interpret market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights—translating these into actionable product requirements;
• Partner with Engineering (Hardware and Software), Operations, and other teams to ensure smooth product development cycles from concept to launch;
• Establish clear prioritization frameworks to balance short-term wins with long-term strategic investments;
• Use user research, usability testing, and data-driven decision-making to build products that address real customer needs;
• Define and monitor key product metrics. Present insights at the leadership level to inform strategic decisions;
• As part of Bloq.it’s leadership team, contribute to high-level decisions shaping the company’s vision, culture, and operational excellence.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• A strong record of developing product strategies and managing software and hardware products through their full lifecycles;
• Proven success leading product teams, driving effective collaboration, and delivering impactful results;
• Ability to synthesize market trends, competitive landscapes, and user insights into a compelling product roadmap.
• Familiarity with both software and hardware development processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Confident in influencing cross-functional teams and presenting at the executive level.
• Skilled at defining and tracking metrics to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
• Experience in logistics, smart lockers, IoT, or last-mile delivery is a plus, but not mandatory;
• Eager to shape products that transform how people interact with online deliveries, while staying ahead of market trends.
