UX/UI Designer

We are in search of a UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in transforming our software into intuitive and user-friendly products for our clients and users. It will involve gathering and evaluating user requirements, illustrating design ideas, and creating visually appealing and functional user interfaces.

What will be your responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the design team, product managers and engineers;
• Bring design ideas to life through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, ensuring a seamless user journey;
• Craft visually appealing graphic user interface elements, including menus, tabs, and widgets;
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that vividly showcase our functionality and aesthetics;
• Identify and address UX challenges, implementing solutions to improve responsiveness and user satisfaction;
• Incorporate user feedback into design iterations, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with user expectations;
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design specifications, to facilitate seamless collaboration;

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• A strong and diverse design portfolio showcasing past projects in UI and UX design;
• Advanced proficiency in design tools, especially Figma;
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze user requirements and business objectives;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to discuss and explain specific design options to multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the precision and accuracy of design elements;
• Demonstrated creative mindset, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the design process;
• Fluent in English.
