We are in search of a Support Training & Knowledge Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. As a Training Specialist, you will develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous education programs for Bloq.it’s support teams, field technicians, and, where applicable, external partners. Your goal is to ensure every stakeholder is equipped with the right skills and knowledge to excel.

What will be your responsibilities

  • Design and update training modules for new agents, covering product features, support processes, and soft skills;
  • Collaborate with Product Gurus, Tooling Experts, and others to keep materials current with evolving solutions;
  • Assess trainee progress, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted improvement plans;
  • Utilize e-learning platforms, workshops, and on-the-job coaching sessions to cater to different learning styles;
  • Plan, create, and host regular training sessions (onsite or remote) to ensure agents stay up-to-date on product knowledge and support procedures.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

  • Background in creating engaging, effective learning experiences;
  • Comfort delivering training sessions - both in-person and virtually - to diverse audiences;
  • Able to grasp new product features and software tools quickly, translating them into accessible trainings;
  • Skilled in managing multiple training calendars, cohorts, and content updates simultaneously
  • Experience creating easy to consume documentation and content, such as explainer videos or visual guides, to help learning process of new agents;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
