We are in search of a Supply Chain Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in our Supply department.
What will be your responsibilities :
Supply Chain Strategy & Planning :
- Build, implement and develop a strategic supply chain vision in the UK aligned with the company’s objectives to facilitate the operations of other departments (Deployments & Maintenance).
- Define and execute plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
Forecasting & Demand planning :
- Collect and analyze operational data to forecast demand accurately.
- Define predictive logics and collaborate with key stakeholders to adjust supply tools accordingly.
- Ensure a proactive approach to stock replenishment with suppliers, minimizing lead times and reducing waste.
Stock & Inventory Management :
- Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
- Monitor inventory movements and implement best practices for stock accuracy.
- Work closely with warehouse teams to improve stock tracking, cycle counts, and inventory reporting.
Logistics & Warehousing :
- Oversee transportation, and distribution operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and optimize warehouse layouts and processes.
- Track carriers performance closely and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Cross-Department Coordination :
- Act as the key point of contact between the deployment, maintenance and production teams.
- Work closely with the production department to align supply chain strategies with deployment/maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance supply chain visibility through digital tools, reporting systems and implementing KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 4-6 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes on inventory management, demand forecasting, and warehouse operations and their impact on operations.
- Proficient in using IT tools such as WMS, ERP, and other relevant software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced and international environments.
- Fluent in English.
