We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Spares Management Specialist to join our Deployment & Maintenance (D&M) team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all spare parts planning and inventory management processes are effectively mapped, documented, and optimized, contributing to the efficiency, consistency, and scalability of our operations across multiple locations.


This is a hybrid position, ideally based in Portugal but open to one of the offices in Lisbon, Porto, Madrid, Milan, Brussels,Paris or Amsterdam.


What will be your responsibilities?

  • Manage the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process for spare parts across all markets;
  • Develop demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times;
  • Oversee spare parts procurement, allocation, and distribution, ensuring stock availability in key locations;
  • Monitor and analyze inventory performance KPIs, minimizing excess stock and shortages;
  • Implement efficient storage, tracking, and replenishment strategies and reverse logistics for spare parts;
  • Collaborate with logistics, deployment, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations;
  • Optimize costs and improve processes through data-driven decision-making.


What are the requirements to join us in this position?

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in deployment operations, process optimization, or a similar role within a technology, logistics, or service-oriented company;
  • proven experience in forecasting, supply chain, or operations planning within a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with inventory management systems (ERP, WMS, or similar tools);
  • Technical expertise in understanding the functionality and criticity of various spare parts;
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for decision-making;
  • Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and asset management;
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and assets types efficiently;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different departments.


Extra valued skills

  • AExperience in IoT or smart locker technology;
  • Knowledge of lean inventory and just-in-time (JIT) management principles;
  • Previous experience in a fast-scaling startup or multinational environment.
