We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will report to our Talent Acquisition Manager and play a critical part in supporting hiring for higher-level roles. You will be instrumental in ensuring our growth is driven by the right talent in the right place—where quality always takes precedence over quantity.
What will be your responsibilities
- Master every phase of the hiring process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to extending offers - with a special focus on niche and high-level roles;
- Simultaneously handling recruitment processes across different areas and departments, maintaining a proactive and strategic approach;
- Assess and interview candidates with a strong focus on cultural alignment and long-term company fit;
- Review applications, conduct thorough interviews, and collaborate with the Hiring Partners to make candidate selections;
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searching techniques to source top-tier candidates proactively;
- Being capable of assessing candidates and their cultural fit in order to ensure the well-being and alignment of our future Bloqstars with our company values;
- Provide a positive, respectful candidate experience, collecting feedback to continually enhance our recruitment processes;
- Track personal key hiring metrics to ensure practices align with company goals and drive continuous improvement.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Educational background in Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields;
- Over 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with expertise in production and technical roles;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with French, German, Spanish or Dutch proficiency being a valued plus;
- Proficiency in Boolean searching and sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms;
- In-house recruitment experience, having worked on international environments and across multiple locations;
- Genuine enthusiasm for interviewing and mastering the art of cultural matchmaking, ensuring our future Bloqstars feel like they’ve found their professional fit;
- Strong ability to assess candidates' cultural and professional fit, ensuring they align with our values;
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and a commitment to centralizing information within the platform;
- Wisdom and resilience to navigate the highs and lows of a fast-growing company with grace.
Extra valued skills
- Fluency in any other European languages;
- Data proficiency and the ability to support the TA Manager in the development of a data-centric team.
