We are in search of a Project Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and delivering measurable outcomes that enhance operational efficiency and project performance.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of BizOps.

What will be your responsibilities

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and to integrate process improvements across the organization;
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budge;
• Transformational Projects: Drive high-impact projects that align with strategic business objectives, delivering measurable results and driving business growth;
• Documentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications and project reports;
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely updates on project progress;
• Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies or organizational changes across teams, minimizing resistance and maximizing impact;
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery;
• Data Analysis: Utilize data and metrics to track project performance, identify trends, and implement actionable insights to enhance project outcomes and efficiency;
• Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive project reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future initiatives.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken);
• More than 3 years of experience as Project manager, Business Strategy, Business Operations or in a similar role;
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of practicality and efficiency;
• Proficient with project management software and process mapping tools;
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and managing change;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, namely in change management procedures;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently while working with teams that have different expertise;
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization;
• Proactive in taking action and getting stuff done;
• Tech Savvy with an interest in continuously looking into new tools and solutions to improve the business;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continuously changing.

Extra valued skills

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company;
• Experienced in companies that build both software and hardware is valued;
• Knowledge of data governance principles and compliance regulations;
• Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (e.g. workflow automation);
• Experienced with change management principles;
• Demonstrable achievements in process optimization and/or project management, such as significant cost savings or efficiency improvements across multiple departments;
• ​​Proven track record in creating clear, concise documentation and comprehensive project reports.
