As a Process Consultant specialized in Field services (with a focus on deployment and maintenance of lockers), you will be part of our BizOps team, focused on driving change, innovation and optimization
You will specialize in optimizing processes to ensure they are aligned with our business objectives and executed with maximum efficiency. Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices, and driving initiatives that lead to cost savings and heightened productivity across the organization.
What will be your responsibilities
- Work closely with maintenance and deployment teams and other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects & initiatives and to implement process excellence across the organization;
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize field-based workflows, improving efficiency, cost savings and eliminating inefficiencies/bottlenecks, utilizing methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, etc;
- Document and analyze current business processes and workflows, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and testing scenarios;
- Act as a liaison between different business stakeholders ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements, fostering collaboration and driving consensus;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in field services by regularly reviewing and refining operational processes and process improvement practices;
- Provide guidance and training to team members on process improvement methodologies and best practices;
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement;
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes, making adjustments as necessary to drive ongoing improvements;
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Operations Specialists and other Team Members in every level of the Organization to identify additional opportunities to tackle.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken);
- More than 3 years of experience in roles related with field services, maintenance and deployment;
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational excellence;
- Strong knowledge of methodologies like such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, etc;
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, namely in change management procedures;
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes and driving continuous improvement;
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams with team members with different backgrounds and expertise;
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of practicality and efficiency;
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accuracy;
- Proactive in taking action and getting stuff done;
- Tech Savvy with an interest in continuously looking into new tools and solutions to improve the business;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is continuously changing;
- Ability to travel.
Extra valued skills
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing company;
- Advanced degree or certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred;
- Experienced in companies that build both software and hardware is valued;
- Familiarity with automation tools and technologies (e.g., workflow automation);
- Demonstrable achievements in process optimization and/or project management, such as significant cost savings or efficiency improvements across multiple departments;
- Proven track record in crafting clear, concise documentation and comprehensive reporting.
