We are in search of a Maintenance Planner to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the Maintenance team.

What will be your responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for our smart locker systems across various regions;
• Assign and coordinate maintenance and deployment tasks with internal and external technicians, optimizing resources based on geography and workload;
• Monitor maintenance and deployment tickets and ensure timely resolution according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
• Optimize technician assignments within their geographical range, accounting for availability, proximity, and expertise;
• Act as the main point of contact between the maintenance and deployment team and other departments, such as logistics and operations;
• Contribute to improving maintenance and deployment processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

What are the requirements to join us in this position: 

• Fluency in Spanish and English;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively;
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with great attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Extra valued skills:

• Previous experience in Planning is preferred;
• Knowledge of smart locker systems or similar technologies is a plus.
