We are lookinf for an Operational Excellence Consultant, specialized in supply chain, to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical and structured professional to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to map, analyze, and optimize processes, while fostering a culture of operational excellence. This role combines technical process expertise with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset.
What will be your responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across supply chain and operational processes;
- Redesign and optimize processes, using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma;
- Document current workflows, analyze end-to-end business processes, design solutions, and support our program management team through the implementation;
- Help embed a culture of operational excellence by promoting best practices and supporting change management;
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement;
- Work with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and scale improvements across operations and different geographical locations.
- Conduct field visits and operational reviews to identify best practices and surface performance challenges;
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- 3+ years of proven experience in operational excellence and process improvement: ideally in supply chain, logistics, or field operations;
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field;
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.);
- Strong analytical mindset, with a structured approach to assessing current state and designing improvements;
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders;
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken);
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment;
- Ability to travel if needed.
