We are in search of a hands-on Operations Data Analyst to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the deployment and maintenance teams.
What will be your responsibilities :

Data Management: Oversee the collection, storage, and organization of operational data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Create and automate detailed reports and dashboards to present insights to management, operations team and other stakeholders.

Collaboration with Ops Teams: Work closely with operations teams to understand their data needs and challenges, ensuring the right data is available for decision-making and process optimization.

Process Improvement: Use data insights to identify areas for operational improvements, streamline processes, and increase efficiency.

Data and integration Project Management: Oversee the integration of data from different systems and tools, and work with IT teams to automate data processes where possible.

What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Fluent in English. Other European languages such as Portugese, French, Italian, Spanish would be a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply chain management, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a tech environment, startups, or similar fast-paced settings.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Knowledge of data management principles, data warehousing, and data governance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experienced in using and building upon Lowcode tools (Airtable, bubble, Make, Zapier etc…).
Extra valued skills
- Previous experience in software or tech industries, particularly in SaaS environments
- Experience working in field operations or supply chain management is a plus.

Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL to customize and extend low-code solutions when needed.
