We are in search of a Maintenance Support Agent to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our smart locker systems running smoothly by providing real-time technical support to our technical teams and quickly resolving maintenance issues.
What will be your responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for maintenance-related requests, providing exceptional live support to maintenance teams and store managers via telephone, e-mail and other communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the maintenance of smart lockers, including hardware and software components.
- Contribute to the development and updating of technical documentation, training materials and standard operating procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with product developments and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge and support capabilities.
- Work with internal teams to identify recurring problems and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
- Provide advice and training on maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
- Accurately document technical problems and solutions in internal knowledge base for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with deployment and maintenance teams to escalate complex issues and resolve them effectively.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Technical expertise in hardware (mechanical and electrical) systems, preferably with experience in maintenance or technical support roles.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Extra valued skills
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred.
- Knowledge of smart locker systems or similar technologies is a plus.
