We're now in search of a new #bloqstar to join us as a Logistics Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in overseeing all aspects of operational processes within the company, with a focus on our French and Italian branches and transportation/shipping areas. This key role will focus on dealing with French and Italian logistic suppliers, with transportation being the most important area. The logistics specialist will also be part of the implementation of processes to support the company’s rapid growth.

What will be your responsibilities

  • Manage transport requests and  shipping issues;
  • Create and update transportation orders and regularly communicate with internal and external partners;
  • Manage logistic suppliers, search and analyze new offers;
  • Analyze and control operational performance indicators (delivery times and costs)  and optimize the existing processes;
  • Proceed with quality control measures of shipping;
  • Prepare transport documentation (for example: packing lists, and transport guides) and follow compliance accordingly;
  • Assists in the ERP maintenance in the inventory module (stock control and movements).

What are the requirements to join us in this position

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in  Logistics, Transportation management or  Supply Chain;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, other languages would be a plus;
  • Proficient in logistics and inventory management software;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously improving environment;
  • Good communication, team collaboration and organizational skills;
  • Great negotiation skills;
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
  • Proactive, always looking to improve established processes and collaborating with other teams to find new improvement possibilities.


Extra valued skills

  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing company;
  • Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements;
  • Experience with implementing and maintaining ERP.
