We are in search of a Logistics Coordinator to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in our Operations department.
What will be your responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Supply chain central team to monitor the forecasts and requests;
- Organize pick-ups & shipments of assets according to teams requests and quality control measures of shipping;
- Collaborate with suppliers, shipping lines to secure operations and delivery lead times;
- Compile all shipping documentation and send it to suppliers and shipping lines;
- Manage the inventory of our deployment partners and ensure that the data is aligned (inventory, logistics);
- Work closely with internal departments to understand priorities (deployment team, WH team, Support team, data team) ;
- Perform general administrative duties.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Bachelor's degree in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Transportation management or Supply Chain
- Fluent in English & French
- Proficient in logistics and inventory management software and flows
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Autonomous, Good communication, self-motivated and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously improving environment
Extra valued skills
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing company
- Knowledge of Supply chain process, transport regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with maintaining ERP
