We are in search of a Live Support Agent to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our smart locker systems by providing real-time technical support to our technical teams and swiftly resolving maintenance issues.
What will be your responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for maintenance-related inquiries, providing exceptional live support to field maintenance teams and store managers via phone, email, and other communication channels;
- Handle and resolve technical support tickets using ticketing systems;
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the maintenance of smart lockers, including hardware and software components;
- Collaborate closely with deployment and maintenance teams to escalate and efficiently resolve complex issues;
- Accurately document technical issues and solutions in the internal knowledge base for future reference and continuous improvement;
- Provide guidance and training on maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques;
- Work with internal teams to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and improve system reliability;
- Stay informed about product developments and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge and support capabilities;
- Assist in developing and updating technical documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures;

What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Proficiency in French, plus a good level of English;
- Technical proficiency in hardware and software systems, preferably with experience in maintenance or technical support roles;
- Knowledge of computer and IoT hardware, electronics, TCP/IP networks and operating systems (GNU/Linux-based systems)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with great attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility to work French holidays, since this is a remote role for France.
Extra valued skills
- Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance is preferred;
- Knowledge of smart locker systems or similar technologies is a plus.
