We are in search of a Head of Talent to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in fostering a culture of growth and development within our awesome team.
What will be your responsibilities
- Overseeing Human Resources operations and acting as the main point of contact for HR topics;
- Being a strong advisor on labor law matters and policy development to ensure compliance and a fair work environment;
- Developing strategies and providing guidance on employee training, professional development, and career pathing;
- Collaborating on professional category classification and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards;
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop effective strategies.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Multiple years of experience in HR leadership roles;
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal processes, labor laws, and policy development;
- Proven ability to design employee training, development, and compensation structures;
- Strong experience acting as a close advisor on HR topics at all levels of the organization;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese;
- Proactivity and capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Extra Valued Skills
- Experience in a startup environment or fast-paced growth company;
- Fluency in French.
