Hardware Test Engineer

We are in search of 2 Hardware Test Engineers to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstars, one focused on EE and another one focused on ME.

What will be your responsibilities

• Design and develop test plans and procedures to validate the performance, reliability, and durability of hardware products.

• Conduct various tests, including stress tests, to evaluate product performance under different conditions.
• Analyze test data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for design improvements based on test results to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Ensure products meet necessary certifications and standards, including safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and ensure all testing and product developments adhere to these standards.
• Document all testing procedures, results, and recommendations thoroughly and accurately.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure comprehensive testing and validation of products.
• Identify and resolve issues discovered during testing through innovative solutions and effective troubleshooting techniques.

What are the requirements to join us in this position

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in hardware testing and validation, preferably in the context of consumer products or smart technology.
• Proficiency in developing and conducting various hardware tests, including stress tests and reliability tests.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret test data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent documentation skills to maintain accurate records of testing procedures and results.
• Knowledge of relevant certifications and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to multidisciplinary projects.
