Freelance Recruiter - France

We are currently looking for a Freelance Recruiter for France to support our Talent Acquisition efforts for a period of 3 months. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and hiring skilled technicians for our operations in France.

What will be your responsibilities? 

• Conduct the first round of interviews, assessing candidates’ technical and cultural fit;
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure alignment with the recruitment strategy and expectations;
• Source candidates through various platforms, leveraging your network and expertise in the French job market;
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience;
• Provide feedback to candidates and support in the scheduling of second-round interviews with the hiring managers.

What are the requirements to join us in this position?

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a freelance capacity;
• Strong understanding of the French labor market, particularly in technical and warehouse roles;
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong candidate relationships;
• Experience conducting interviews and assessing both technical skills and cultural fit;
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.

Extra valued skills:

• Familiarity with the logistics or smart locker industry;
• Previous experience hiring Maintenance Technicians or similar technical roles;
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
