We are in search of an Field Support Coordinator in Spain to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and reliability of our smart locker systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
What will be your responsibilities
- Overseeing routine maintenance and repairs on smart locker systems to ensure optimal performance;
- Overseeing and coordinate routine surveys, deployment tasks to ensure compliance with SLA;
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing on-site and remote support;
- Maintain detailed records of surveys and deployment activities along with maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory;
- Conduct inspections and testing of equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate;
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan;
- Provide technical training and support to team members and clients to ensure proper use and maintenance of the lockers;
- Assist in the development and documentation of maintenance procedures and best practices.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Technical background with experience in maintenance and repair of electronic or mechanical systems;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
- Proficiency in Italian and English, with good communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience in coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
