We are in search of a Field Maintenance Technician in Paris to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities. This role requires a hands-on approach, technical expertise, and the ability to troubleshoot and address maintenance issues efficiently.
What will be your responsibilities
- Act as a safety ambassador within the team and promote a safe working environment
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels to deployment teams and store managers
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues
- Work closely with the deployment and maintenance team to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and document activities, including continuous improvement opportunities
- Read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Perform work according to procedures, specifications, and test instructions
- Conduct functional tests on units
- Perform other tasks to ensure an efficient, safe, and effective work environment
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Fluent in French with elementary command of English
- Comfortable with Excel and data entry tasks
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills and patience in dealing with technical and non-technical users
- Comfortable with technology, including hardware and software aspects
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize various projects and workloads
Extra valued skills
- Technical vocational training or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of startup culture
