We are in search of a Digital Brand Designer to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning Marketing experiences, either by creating world-class UI or impactful Collateral in a B2B environment, with a great eye for brand consistency and acute visual taste.You have a hungry creative soul that needs the right color palette to be appeased. You strive for the right balance in every layout and defend your right to be offended at the sight of Comic Sans. Or not. We will empower you to take on the world and create a mark in a way that only you can, by working in a disruptive brand that is taking a whole industry by storm.
What will be your responsibilities
- Support the implementation of brand communication with compelling visual assets for both online and offline platforms;
- Establish and uphold brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity;
- Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand standards;
- Create visual assets for our marketing campaigns;
- Design engaging visual content for our social media channels;
- Design, improve, and assist in building digital experiences based on augmented reality and immersive experience;
- Collaborate with our team to design custom sales proposals and other collateral.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Experience with graphic design for digital marketing (at least 3-4 years);
- Experience in managing, creating, and maintaining brand identity;
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom;
- Proficient with tools like Figma, etc);
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for marketing purposes;
- Experience with Webflow webdesign will grant you extra cookie points;
- Experience with printing and creating print-ready files;
- English or Portuguese (to be able to communicate with the team);
- Nice to have: Experience with 3D modeling & animation.
