We are in search of a Brand Designer Jr. to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning Marketing experiences, either by creating world-class UI or impactful Collateral in a B2B environment, with a great eye for brand consistency and acute visual taste. A creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of visual harmony. You’re hungry to learn, open to feedback, and excited about mastering your craft. You enjoy juggling brand guidelines, marketing needs, and your own creative flair - all while knowing there's a better version of every layout, and you're determined to find it. You may not have years of experience, but your portfolio shows potential, your curiosity is unstoppable, and you’re eager to evolve into the marketing designer you aspire to be.
What will be your responsibilities
- Support the creation of visual content across digital and print platforms (social posts, sales decks, brochures, merchandising, event materials, etc.);
- Help produce on-brand visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media;
- Assist in developing and updating sales collateral and internal documents;
- Work closely with senior designers to learn tools, techniques, and brand thinking;
- Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints and uphold the brand identity;
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and sales team to support campaigns and initiatives.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or startup context;
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop);
- Comfortable using Figma or willing to learn quickly;
- A strong portfolio showing creative thinking, visual balance, and attention to detail;
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography;
- Good English or Portuguese communication skills.
Extra valued skills
- Familiarity with printing techniques and preparing print-ready files;
- Exposure to B2B or tech industries is a bonus.
