We are in search of a Operations Strategy Consultant, to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical and structured professional to act as an internal consultant, helping us to shape the future of our global supply chain and services operations. In this role, you will design and implement scalable, efficient, and resilient supply chain strategies that align with our business growth and transformation goals. From evaluating supply chain networks to modeling new service architectures you will shape the long-term operational roadmap
What will be your responsibilities
- Provide data-driven recommendations on several supply chain and field services (e.g. supply chain redesign, hub model evolution, service model strategy, etc.);
- Support leadership decision-making through business cases, scenario modeling, and risk analysis;
- Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance and field services operations to identify opportunities for strategic improvement;
- Build and validate financial and operational models to simulate scenarios, assess trade-offs, and support decision-making;
- Develop structured, executive-level business cases with clear recommendations, financial projections, and risk assessments, including mitigation strategies;
- Design strategic roadmaps to enhance cost efficiency, agility, scalability, and service quality across global operations;
- Identify long-term risks to service, cost or performance and propose mitigation strategies.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- 4+ years in consulting or strategy;
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
- Experience translating business strategy into operating design;
- High proficiency in excel and PowerPoint - strong modelling and structuring skills;
- Ability to go from data, to insight, to recommendations;
- Experience with business cases and financial modeling;
- Experience with international operations, logistics or service environments;
- Ability to translate data and ideas into structured strategic recommendations;
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
