We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator in Madrid to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities.
What will be your responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods;
- Prepare and pack orders for dispatch;
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems;
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification required);
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times;
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to optimize operations;
- Follow health and safety regulations and company procedures.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Proficiency in Spanish and basic knowledge of English;
- Proficiency in Excel and data entry tasks;
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred;
- Basic knowledge of inventory software, databases and systems;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Team player with good communication skills;
- Forklift license is required;
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects and workloads.
Extra valued skills
- Technical vocational training or equivalent experience;
- Familiarity with startup culture.
