At the moment we’re looking for a new #bloqstar to support our Operations Strategy team as Operations Strategy Manager. This is a very hands-on role focused on transforming how the company will operate in the future. You will lead analysis, design and validation of strategic operating models that support scale, efficiency and international growth. From evaluating supply chain networks to modeling new service architectures you will shape the long-term operational roadmap
What will be your responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of operations strategy, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and alignment with corporate objectives;
- Assess current operating models across departments (e.g., supply chain, field operations, customer service) to identify strategic opportunities and structural gaps;
- Build business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions (e.g., outsourcing, footprint redesign, service model evolution);
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic roadmaps and transformation initiatives;
- Develop structured, executive-level business cases with clear recommendations, financial projections, and risk assessments, including mitigation strategies;
- Identify and manage long-term risks to cost, service, scalability, and performance.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- 6+ years in consulting or strategy;
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills;
- A hands-on manager;
- Experience translating business strategy into operating design
- High proficiency in excel and PowerPoint - strong modelling and structuring skills;
- Ability to go from data, to insight, to recommendations
- Experience with business cases and financial modeling
- Experience with international operations, logistics or service environments
- Ability to translate data and ideas into structured strategic recommendations
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken);
