We are in search of a Field Support Coordinator for a 6-month CDD contract to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the Deployment Team in France.
What will be your responsibilities
- Assess and validate locations’ surveys to order relevant works from contractors (electrical / concrete);
- Oversee and validate works’ schedule while maintaining efficient customer service to our clients;
- Order, assign, supervise and validate the works done by contractors;
- Report issues and provide solutions related to works’ roadblocks;
- Validate or deny invoicing based on works’ performance;
- Expand our capabilities by seeking out and onboarding work contractors .
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Demonstrated experience in Works, with a focus on concrete and electrical;
- Proven track record in project management, showcasing the ability to oversee and deliver complex projects successfully;
- Proactive problem solver with a keen ability to identify and implement effective solutions;
- Native French and Functional English level.
