We are now searching for a Project Manager focused on customer projects to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that the customer requirements are delivered on time and with quality.
What will be your responsibilities
- Lead software projects from design through market launch, collaborating with engineering, product managers, and head of program;
- Identify possible solutions how complex 3rd party systems can be integrated into our ecosystem, together with the customer and product teams:
- Identify and manage the right resources to deliver a successful product to the customer;
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, tracking dependencies, and managing stakeholders;
- Establish and apply a governance framework for decision-making and performance tracking using success metrics;
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery by facilitating the resolution of blockers;
- Identify and transform customer requirements into deliverables;
- Maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met;
- Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables;
- Agree with stakeholders and guarantee to meet SLAs and SLOs.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience;
- 5+ years of experience in software project management, including managing significant cross-functional projects using industry-standard software development methodologies;
- Experience operating at scale with global teams and products in fast-growing consumer markets;
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (ie: Confluence, Jira, Notion);
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and changing business requirements;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification is a plus.
Extra valued skills
- Experience in products combining both hardware and software;
- Experience in B2B enterprise products;
- Experience in project management within the logistics industry.
