We're now looking for a new #bloqstar to join us and our Marketing team as the Marketing Designer. We’re looking for someone experienced in creating Marketing Collateral in a B2B environment, with a great eye for brand consistency and acute visual taste.You have a hungry creative soul that needs the right color palette to be appeased. You strive for the right balance in every layout and defend your right to be offended at the sight of Comic Sans. Or not. We have room for new opinions.

What will be your responsibilities
- Support the implementation of brand communication with compelling visual assets for both online and offline platforms;
- Establish and uphold brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity;
- Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand standards;
- Create visual assets for our marketing campaigns;
- Design engaging visual content for our social media channels;
- Collaborate with our team to design custom sales proposals and other collateral.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Experience with graphic design for digital marketing (at least 3-4 years);
- Experience in managing, creating, and maintaining brand identity;
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom;
- Proficient with tools like Figma, Sketch, etc);
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for marketing purposes;
- Experience with printing and creating print-ready files;
- Fluency in English or Portuguese.
Extra valued skills
- Experience with 3D modeling & animation.
