We are in search of a Works Site Manager near Milan or Rome to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the Deployment Team.
What will be your responsibilities
- Assess and validate locations’ surveys checklist to order relevant works from contractors (electrical / concrete);
- Oversee and validate works’ schedule while maintaining efficient customer service to our clients;
- Order, assign, supervise and validate the works done by contractors;
- Report issues and provide solutions related to works’ roadblocks;
- Validate / deny invoicing based on works’ performance;
- Expand our capabilities by seeking out and onboarding work contractors.
What are the requirements to join us in this position
- Experience in worksites (concrete / electrical);
- Experience in project management;
- Proactive solution finder;
- Functional English level;
- Used to handling partners and clients;
- Being a team player.
